We are looking for a sharp Business Analyst to join our fast-growing company.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in constructing the company’s business strategy, defining KPIs, and identifying business opportunities. As a member of the Analytics team, you will provide key insights to multiple domains (Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Strategy, CX, and more).

Responsibilities:

- Work with the BI department and business unit managers to set the standard for performance reports and dashboards
- Communicate and sync analysis insights and reporting methodologies throughout the department
- Conduct ongoing deep data analysis to identify core insights, trends, problems, and opportunities due to externalities and internalities
- Provide insights regarding interfaces between the customer, product, and marketing
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Go beyond numbers to help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions

Requirements

- 3+ years experience in quantitative analysis, preferably at an internet company
- An excellent communicator with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Excellent SQL skills - a must
- Experience with visualization tools
- Strong Python capabilities - a major advantage
- Experience working with big data tools
- A highly independent team player who works well with others
