System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Product Manager to help the business unit attain its goals.

• Conduct business requirement gathering with clients overseas and internal stakeholders.

• Write functional requirements as user stories.

• Work closely with development to design the right solutions.

• Work with QA to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions

• Become a system expert – assisting the client with production issues and queries

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
