We are looking for a talented bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team, located in Tel-Aviv. This role will report to the Senior Bookkeeper and will be an important team member and contributor to the financial reporting process.

Main responsibilities:

- Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system including payments to vendors.
- Reconciling bank and credit card transactions.
- Travel reports and employee reimbursements management.
- Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
- Support month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures.
- Assisting team members to prepare the materials for annual audits.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Certified Bookkeeper (level 2-3).
- Proven working experience (minimum 3 years) as a bookkeeper.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to effectively complete tasks independently.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work directly with other functions in the organization (globally).
- Experience with NetSuite (an advantage).
- Devoted and highly committed.
- English – high level.
- High Excel and other Office skills.
