Bookkeeper - Temporary for 9 months

- Record reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports and AP invoices
- Handling all Credit Card related issued
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Working closely with Procurement Manager for opening Purchase Orders.
- Reconciliation of BS accounts and preparation of WP (including but not limited to: CC, banking, vendors, accrued expenses etc.
- Working as a team with additional bookkeeper and assist with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example: payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc)
- Preparation of material for audits


- Bookkeeping type 2
- Experience as a Bookkeeper in the global High-Tech company – advantage
- Experience working with NetSuite – advantage
- Experience working with abroad - advantage
- Excellent Microsoft office skills especially excel - must
- High level of English
- Highly organized and reliable with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player and service-oriented
