Dekel Israel Tours is hiring a full-time Operations Manager/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and take the lead on back-office operations for a busy family-style tour operator. We’re looking for someone who will take initiative and bring their own strengths to the position while contributing to our fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing back-office operations
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling balance sheets
- Handling requests for payments
- Preparing receipts and paperwork for accounting
- Inventory management
- Sourcing gifts and other client premiums
- Supply orders
- Supplier Relations, Communications, and Tourism Department support, as needed

About the position:

- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Based out of Binyamina (3-minute walk from the train; 25-30 minutes by train from both Tel Aviv and Haifa)
- Reports jointly to the Tourism Director and the Media & Communications Director


- Bilingual English-Hebrew
- Attention to detail and organization
- Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthiness and dependability
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
