CyberProof is seeking an experienced and talented bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Support the flow of accounting operations for the Israel office between the local accounting firm, UST Finance, and payroll teams abroad
- Manage connections with suppliers and consultants and negotiate costs
- Take control of local Value Added Tax reports
- Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Manage all sublet-related aspects of operations (rental contracts, debits, and collection)
- Help with travel arrangements
- Handle expense reimbursement for employees and managers and petty cash
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new materials, while paying attention to budgetary constraints; manage the stock of office supplies

Requirements
- Bookkeeping certificate, level 2
- 5+ years of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles for analyzing financial work
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Hebrew and English
- 5+ years of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
