Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle helmets, has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated bookkeeper to join our finance team, to manage our day to day bookkeeping needs and monthly closing process.

Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain the books up to the balance sheet stage.
- Manage the entire AP process including supplier’s setup, invoice recording and payments processing.
- Perform credit cards reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
- Perform month-end closing procedures to support financial reporting to the management.
- Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
- Prepare material for external annual audits.
- Review and authorize expense reimbursement reports


- At least 3 years experience as a bookkeeper -must
- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 2/3 – a must
- Experience with Priority ERP – a big advantage
- High level of English (oral and written) – must
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in global companies in the Hi-Tech industry – an advantage
- Close attention to details and strong analytical skills
- A proactive approach with an ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great team player
