WalkMe is in search of a passionate, data-driven Big Data Analyst to join our growing Product team in Tel Aviv!WalkMe, industry leader in Digital Adoption, provides the world’s first Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), designed to help enterprises guide and engage end-users through an array of websites and applications.

WalkMe is looking to hire a brilliant Big Data Analyst to join our Insights product team. We are looking for people who look at the world differently, people who are passionate about making sense out of huge amounts of data, who explore, analyze and lead the solutions they envision.

As a person who enjoys “digging” into data to discover and solve problems, you will work closely with our development and engineering teams to help build and optimize queries and to find and solve data irregularities. In addition, you will work closely with our product managers as well as our services organization (support and consultants) to ensure business success.

What will you actually be doing?
- Validate and improve our Analytics product (WalkMe Insights).
- Build reports that are part of WalkMe’s product and will be consumed daily by Walkme’s customers.
- Work with R&D to build and optimize product-embedded queries.
- Help troubleshoot data discrepancies and abnormalities.
- Work with our Services team to help train and mentor analysts.
- Develop measurement methods to be embedded in the product.


'- 2+ years of experience with relational and non -relational database systems is a must.
- Experience in writing complex and resource-optimized SQL queries running over large sets of data - is a must.
- Experience with data manipulations using programming languages (R/ Python) or processes (MapReduce)- an advantage.
- Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations.
- Excellent business judgment.
- Excellent problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
- Proven success in working in an organization across different teams and departments.
