Description

We’re a growing start-up company that is changing the internet by providing people around the world the best tools to build amazing websites. We have over 5 million active websites and a world-wide community that loves our product. In order to keep growing, we are looking for a Back-Office Administrator to join our Support group and be part of the billing team.

Responsibilities
- Global customers' support - being a direct customer support interface; handling and resolving all customers’ inquiries and requests concerning Back Office and Billing issues, such as payments, refunds, users’ accounts, etc.
- Maintain a supportive, helpful communication channel with our customers, while following the company’s policies and procedures
- Operate our store’s back office while keeping confidential records private and secure at all times
- Support and take part in the B/O team and Support Group responsibilities - gather and provide data, generate reports, monitor processes, and strive to improve them
- Assisting and coordinating with all company’s teams and interfaces as part of the work routine and special projects
- Collaborate with other company departments to generate greater knowledge and contribute to a better customer experience

Requirements

- Superb level of English is a must, additional languages - an advantage
- High-level of written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional courtesy, patience and overall a “people’s person”
- At least 1 year of previous work experience as an Office Administrator/Back Office Assistant or equivalent roles
- Reliability, integrity, and discretion
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. Proven experience working with discrete information would be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office software, and G Suite.
- A team player
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms - an advantage
