Job Description

Eitan Medical is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of BA Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's business applications while also providing hands-on technical support. You will lead the BA team, provide strategic direction, manage resources, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the BA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the ERP and CRM systems and the production line, and own all business applications related responsibilities globally.

· Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes.

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and metrics using PowerBI and other tools.

· Lead the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

· Take a part in defining the technology roadmaps and long-term vision for core systems integrated with overall applications and processes.

· Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

· 5+ years of experience, preferably at a global company.

· Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with experience on large-scale ERP system.

· In-depth knowledge and experience of In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration best practices preferred.

· Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM.

· Experience with defining and implementing software interfaces.

· Experience in SQL and BI Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

· Demonstrated ability to learn and create a deep and clear understanding of the business processes.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments.

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Experience background in marketing, sales and global business processes – A strong advantage.

· Experience with SOC2 or ISO2700 audit – An advantage.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Language skills:

· Fluent English - writing and verbal.
