Description

Novarize was founded with excellent funding to develop a groundbreaking B2C marketing platform for consumer brands. We are now scaling our operations and seeking a driven, creative, analytical and master media buyer to head our paid campaigns for managed clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and proven results in conceiving, building, scaling and attaining results for e-commerce campaigns across social media.

As a PPC Facebook Campaign Manager at Novarize, you will:
- Plan and execute multiple digital marketing campaigns
- Day-to-day management, report performance against internal and client KPIs, proactively collaborate with account management
- Analyze and optimize campaigns constantly while maximizing performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types, and target audience prospecting
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and the competitors’ landscape, developing innovative techniques to maximize campaign performance
- Contribute to the creation of high converting ads that drive breakthroughs in campaigns’ performance

Requirements

- You have at least two years’ experience managing significant B2C Facebook Campaigns
- Fluent Verbal and Written English Skills
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, on multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and complex environment with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You’re looking to work in a cool startup, where your hard work has a huge impact
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Managing over $100K budgets - advantage
