What you’ll do:
- This role manages a PM team of 6 product managers, responsible for all the products aimed for Telco and Enterprise markets focusing on Network Visibility, Analytics and Optimization.
- The AVP PM is a central role in the company, with high influence over product development, investment decisions, positioning an strategy.
- The role involves significant work in supporting Allot's Sales and Customer Success organizations by providing data, guidance and actively participation in RFP responses, PoCs, Solutions Approval and discussions/presentations to customers.

In addition, the role involves daily work with more than ~100 people R&D organization with significant control over the priorities of this R&D work plan.

- Deep technical understanding of Communication Networks (Mobile/Fixed) and Network Design and Architecture; experienced with Analytics
- Strong Business focus
- Decision maker with strong common sense, driven by data and facts however capable of working with partial available information
- Always holding the big picture in mind and capable of reacting to frequent changes
- Continuously balances present customer needs, R&D capabilities, competitive landscape, and budget constraints
- Capable of taking end-to-end responsibilities for Product Life Cycle management
- Able to lead a team that will increase the value provided to various teams:
- R&D: for bringing the market and customer perspective to Roadmap decisions, bringing the arguments and design to win the customer, and doing so in a timely manner
- Sales: For being the “ultimate presale” and addressing their technical needs in specific deals
- Management: for laying out a roadmap that creates enough differentiation while not sacrificing deals and staying in budget
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work long hours under pressure
- Based in Israel (close to R&D)

- Past experience of work in the Telco industry and in managing “system” products (Hardware + Software)
- Understanding/Experience with DPI and Virtualization/NFV
