Hardware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced HW engineer to lead:

- Hardware development
- Product life cycle for multi-disciplinary UAV systems and
- Support for existing and legacy products
- Developing HW modules
- Schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping and testing of fixture designs
- Constant interface with all R&D teams, Project managers, customer support teams, Flight test teams, Logistics and procurement teams
- Collaborate with engineering and product team to build and execute testing plans for design validation and production workflow
- Sub systems and system integration and qualification (including prototypes)
- Product life cycle support
- Failure analysis

- At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in hardware development for embedded systems with understanding in software and mechanical design, UAV field preferred
- BS in Electrical Engineering- MUST
- Experience in DFT, Bring-Up and HW verification
- Understanding of development methodology and procedures
- Supporting the product life cycle, experience in processes of manufacturing and transferring multidisciplinary systems from development to manufacturing
- Preparing and performing system integration and proving system standard
- High capabilities in writing specifications, requirement documents, ATP, experiment documents, failure analysis (documentation in English)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment, while being flexible to changes and multi-task
- Experience in military and aviation standards – Advantage
- Ability to work in a team and on multiple projects
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
