Automation Team Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead the client automation team, provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use
- Mentor and challenge your team members
- Conduct code and design reviews
- Own, analyze and improve our tests, tools, services and automation lab
- Design and implement various test automation, frameworks, tools and strategies
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders and provide great results under a tight schedule

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years experience as an automation developer, with at least 2 years experience in Python
- 2+ years of experience as automation team lead
- Multitasking and problem solving abilities, context switching and "out-of-the-box" thinking abilities
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in CI/CD process and supporting tools like Jenkins or TeamCity
- Bachelor’s Degree in software or a related field - Advantage
- Experience with Client Automation Development - Advantage
- Experience with Alt Unity - Advantage
- Experience with Appium - Advantage
