ATE Software Applications Team Lead

We are looking for a talented individual to lead a team of excellent software application engineers in the ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) department.

What will you be doing:

- Lead, guide and support a team of 5-8 software engineers
- Establish fluent collaboration with other teams in ATE and outside of ATE
- Lead software projects design as well as production issues management
- Constant improvement of the processes and automation
- Technological boost for the team members
- Innovative solutions for existing problems

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a team leader
- Very good understanding of OOP & profound knowledge & experience in C#
- Very good understanding and experience developing communication protocols: TCP/UDP/I2C/UART/RS232/SPI
- Communication skills – ability to participate in discussions on Software & Hardware topics
- Troubleshooting & Debugging skills
- Ability to multitask and manage projects
- Work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Perfect English – written and verbal
- Preferred but not must: experience in ATE groups
