Description

The role is responsible for driving Teva’s reputation and brand awareness with internal and external stakeholders on a regional level, leveraging Global Internal Communications, Corporate Reputation and Social Impact & Responsibility (CSR) strategies to showcase Teva’s commitment to responsible business and healthy communities.

This person will be responsible for curating and creating compelling content supporting Teva’s story and business objectives and for developing & managing our digital platforms to build a strong online presence. The role will also support the Brand activation process across the region. All of this while still being capable of reactive communications and crisis management support.

Responsibilities:
- Supports the IM CB&C VP in developing, implementing and monitoring the strategy on internal and external communications (comms) and CSR in line with regional business priorities and Teva’s corporate strategy; ensuring that programs support the overall Teva narrative
- Acts as key regional interface between local comms teams and relevant global teams to drive, implement and prioritize global comms and CSR campaigns and cross-markets programs. Provides feedback on these programs so they can be continuously improved
- Makes sure the country comms teams are driven, monitored, coordinated and guided in corporate comms and CSR matters.
- Supports the delivery of Teva’s business objectives with professional, high-quality communications and provides guidance and support as required, ensures messages are aligned with Teva’s overall strategy, business goals, mission and values strengthening our story in the region
- Acts as Japan, APAC and China Cluster CB&C business partner
- Drives positive media exposure for Teva across the region, directly or in conjunction with cluster/country communicators and act as key spokesperson and subject matter expert for pan-regional media issues
- Supports for the roll-out of the new corporate brand in our markets
- Maintains regional readiness for crisis comms, including developing, and testing crisis comms plans and driving spokesperson competence via training and development activity
- Develops impactful written and visual content for internal and external use
- Day-to-day content management for our comms channels and platforms
- Oversight of all regional comms analytics, KPI tracking and reporting
- Operational support & liaison with external suppliers and partners

Requirements

- Highly articulated with exceptional written communications & presentation skills
- Proven experience (5 years min.) in communications with strong track record in creating & delivering
- successful comms strategies at country/regional level
- Previous experience in crisis management and working with the media
- High levels of attention to detail & quality as well as bigger picture
- Hands-on, results-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Experience with digital marketing and comms platforms
- Knowledge of the Pharma industry - an advantage
- A bachelor degree in Communications, marketing or a related discipline
- Languages: English mother-tongue (MUST), fluent in Hebrew (spoken)
