Description

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a German speaking Associate Client Executive responsible for growing pipeline for Cornerstone’s Account Management team, generating leads, and identifying up and cross sales opportunities in existing client accounts while assisting with the entire client sales cycle along. We are looking for a smart, success-oriented individual with a consistent record of exceeding targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to win.

This position will be based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It will report to the ACE Team Lead while working closely with our Account Management, Client Success and Marketing team based in locations across Europe.

In this role you will...
- Identify up and cross-sell opportunities in existing client accounts through direct prospecting, marketing lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
- Provide research and mapping of client accounts by developing and maintaining an understanding of the industry vertical, marketplace, and business drivers.
- Work closely with internal resources to drive events, promotions and partnering
- Support the Account Management team with administrative tasks during negotiations and closes
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Cornerstone OnDemand’s products and services through ongoing training
- Document daily activities in salesforce.com, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to management

Requirements

You’ve got what it takes if you have...
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German AND English
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on prospecting new business with documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quota
- High motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong business acumen
- SalesForce experience
- Excellent PC and Internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SalesForce automation tools and web presentation applications.
- Experience in the HR tech industry and/or with SaaS solutions is a strong plus
