Description

Preen.Me is an influencer solutions and consumer insights agency specializing in CPG and beauty. We work with some of the leading industry brands like Unilever, Amazon, Revlon, bareMinerals, and Charlotte Tilbury, building and running their Influencer marketing activities. We also provide strategic research & strategy services to CPG CEOs and their investors. We operate worldwide, with a focus on the USA and Europe.

We're looking for an ambitious person to assist in maximizing the executive’s time and productivity. The right candidate will be a passionate, ambitious, multi-tasking master with an impeccable eye for detail and a love for organizing and getting the job done.

A typical workweek will include:
- Reading, researching, and preparing materials
- Drafting letters and documents
- Collecting and analyzing information
- Email Management/Filtering
- Calendar Management
- File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, Google Drive, etc)
- Research vendors and prices.
- Spreadsheets and budget management
- Driving tasks to completion
- Personal errands

This is a service role that requires dedication, diligence, thought, and hard work. We operate in multiple countries and continents and need to work odd hours. We empower everyone in the company to work independently and grow within the organization.

Requirements

- Excellent writing skills
- Excel and PowerPoint proficient
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills.
- Proactive, flexible and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
