We are looking for a full-time Artist Acquisition Agent to join the vibrant Acquisition team in the Tel Aviv office.

Wake up for this:

- Understand the needs of our target audience and actively scout for music talent and talent world-wide.
- Research and analyze the music industry trends, Identify and prospect and opportunities
- Work with various interfaces across the content teams, closely collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Connect with artists, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Artlist can help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase the benefits of Artlist.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to meet Artlist’s goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple connections simultaneously and attend different time zone meetings when needed.
- Seek opportunities and create connections with relevant partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

- A true “Go-Getter”, with a proactive mindset.
- At least 2 years experience in communication, customer success, or sales-related roles.
- Fluent English speaker - a must
- Strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of music trends, various styles, genres and eco-systems.
- Prioritization and effective time management.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Work in a high-paced atmosphere, and multitask across different systems.
- High-tech experience -- an advantage.
- Experienced in the music industry - an advantage.
