After its acquisition by Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD), WeissBeerger became the analytics and innovation arm of the world's largest brewery.We seek for a super creative, experienced and curious Analyst to join our team and lead our main product with a significant impact on our success.
What will you do?
As an analyst in Weissbeerger you will be responsible for 2 analytical pillars as part of the roadmap of our product:

- Product analytics - understand and perfect the performance of our products
- Business analytics - develop data driven use cases & logic in key product features
This position will report to the Director of Analytics and will you will be part of the data and analytics team for Weissbeerger / BEES Israel office.

Key Responsibilities:
Executing your squad product analytic framework:

- Define technical requirements to measure new features within the product
- Define and build tracking plan for data including definition of events needed to track while users interact with the product
- Define and develop dashboards that provide visibility on the performance of new and existing features
- Define and execute AB test plan for new and existing features, drive conclusion on user engagement and business value
- Run bottom up analysis and identify opportunities to optimize the performance of product features

Invent & implement data driven use-cases in your squad:

- Invent and develop data driven logic for use cases to be embedded product's features
- Running simulations on different scenarios of product features, define KPIs for success and presenting business results / recommendation
- Generate data driven insights and conclusions to be embed in product features
- Define data metrics as part of AI model (AKA feature engineering)
- Analyze correlation between user engagement and user growth as part of “value for money” project
- Running ad-hoc analysis for the executive team, driving conclusions and presenting results

Requirements

- BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
- At least 1years of hand-on experience as an analyst with focus on product analytics
- Experience in statistical analysis, design AB test plans, as well as, generating data driven logic using statistical models
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries, working with structured data warehouses and unstructured data (Amazon Athena)
- Experience working with BI visualization tools (Tableau – an advantage)
- Familiarity with python, pandas and Jupyter – an advantage
- Strong story telling skills, turning complex data and insights into easy reading analytical story with business context & strong narrative
- High attention to details, numbers and metrics
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
