Responsibilities:

- Lead and conduct advanced research in algorithm development, focusing on automatic knowledge-based understanding, entity recognition, and innovative algorithmic models.

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, data engineers, software developers, and product specialists to solve complex problems.

- Take ownership of major building blocks of groundbreaking algorithmic solutions for the world's first multi-dimensional people-skills-jobs AI product.

- Lead selected initiatives, taking ownership of the end-to-end agile process from ideation to production-grade implementation, continuously improving the company's algorithmic products.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable algorithmic projects.

Requirements:

- BSc or M.sc. in Computer Science or a related field.

- A minimum of five years of experience as an algorithm engineer working in a production environment.

- Expertise with data engineering ecosystems, e.g. databases, data warehouses, and vectors DBs.

- Expertise in designing and implementing algorithms discovery phase to production.

- Experience with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Advanced Python skills with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and a collaborative mindset.
