Description

As a Agency Operation Manager you will work with agency partners to drive advertiser success, long term business sustainability and business growth. You will develop relationships with our Sellers and Account Managers as well as with cross functional teams such as Finance, BI, Product and Marketing to provide a framework for agency trading, reporting and tracking capabilities and efficient operational processes. You will create, report and enforce agency trading deals execution, develop and lead innovation of value added services to these agencies through partnership and set up our systems and reporting.

Based in Israel or London, as an Agency Operations Manager you will own and manage the core operational aspects working with Taboola’s media agencies and will act as the global point of contact for our teams in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and US. You will join the group of high calibre enthusiastic, data driven and problem solving Sales Operations team that is focused on revenue and advertiser success.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Lead agency trading agreement design and approval
- Set up processes with internal departments (Product / Finance / Legal) to enable deal flow and deal monitoring
- Create the necessary agency reporting (internal / external) to drive deals
- Share best practices of trading agreements across regions (EMEA / APAC / US)
- Initiate CSAT surveys to monitor satisfaction and flag areas of growth
- Initiate 3rd party partnerships on added value services for agencies (such as research, creative optimization etc) in order to bring more value into the deals
- Lead agency certifications and training on Taboola’s product and service offerings

Requirements

- Operations / Sales background, 5+ years experience (preferably in the Ad Tech industry with familiarity with the agency business)
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape and advertising world, digital media revenue ecosystem, web technologies, and advertising measurements and analytics
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to make an immediate positive impact, and capable of independently creating additional business opportunities
- Proven ability collecting business intelligence, monitoring and identifying trends within data, and making sound business recommendations to management
- Experience influencing key internal stakeholders and working collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Solid experience and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools, e.g., Tableau / Qliksense
- Familiarity working with Account Management/Sales processes and tools, and Account Management organizations or agency relationships
- Customer-first attitude, with a focus on problem solving in a fast moving environment
