The team is seeking to add an outstanding individual, which will own and manage the core operational aspects of the global Media AM organization. To be effective with Taboola’s internal teams you need a strong background in an internal operational role at a premium Media/Advertising company. You need to be proactive with a can-do approach, naturally inquisitive, data oriented, analytical and problem-solver with a track record of leading process and operational excellence. To be successful, the Business Operations Manager must be able to communicate effectively with Sales and Account Management teams in order to collect feedback on current processes, challenges and ensure correct usage of systems and tools.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Strategize and manage the development of Advertising AM processes, tools, Knowledge and skills to drive customer success
- Evaluate existing Sales operations technology platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIs
- Ensure systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Account Management KPIs, including develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processes
- Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Media AM organization to meet customer success
- Connect our different systems in order to have one source of information with accurate data and insights
- Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help Media Sales team understand how to scale, manage and grow our business predictably and profitably
- Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales organization
- Develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processes and execute the plan
- Partner with Sales leads on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
- Work collaboratively with internal Taboola teams in order to provide the best service to the global Sales team.

Requirements

- 5+ years of business consulting, sales/business operations, account management or customer success experience in online advertising (Media experience preferred)
- Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce), MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools, e.g., QlikSense
- Deep understanding of tech landscape and advertising world, digital media revenue ecosystem and web technologies including advertising measurements and analytics
- Ability to understand high-level Account Management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure successful execution and business impact.
- Proven ability collecting business intelligence, monitoring and identifying trends within data, and making sound business recommendations to management
- Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Highly motivated, proactive, strong team player, but still a self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
- Highly organized with high attention to detail, superior time management and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable learning new software systems
