Description

We are looking for a Administrative Manager for a maternity leave replacement to our office in TLV,

In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support (including Outlook).
- Organize welfare events.
- Deal with travel related issues.
- Deal with procurement, suppliers, invoices, etc.
- Support new-employees on-boarding process.
- Deal with budgets management.
- Responsible for the facility and operations

Requirements

- Availability to a full time job 8:00-17:00.
- Experience in high-tech companies.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Deep knowledge with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- High-level English.
- Service-oriented.
- Organized, self-motivated and proactive.
- Effective in working with multi-interfaces, multi-tasks & projects.
