• Administrative assistance to CEO: preparation of materials for important meetings,
calendar, travel abroad.
• Organizing and maintaining the company databases: VDR, project folders, contracts database.
• New employee’s administrative tasks: IT preparation, Cibus, entrance card, cellular phone.
• Scheduling of big meetings for management team members
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Provide general support to visitors
• Contact person for Clexio’s website
• Work with HR to plan holiday events and off-site activities
• At least 3 years of prior administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power point in particular)
• Fluent in English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
