HYPE Sports Innovation is looking for an Administrative Manager!

We are a global sports-tech centered company - very high energy, fast-paced, professional, and fun. Here's your chance to join our team!
We are looking for a responsible and committed Administrative Manager to take leadership on a variety of administrative and logistical activities.

Accountabilities:
1. Support in organizing and scheduling calls, meetings etc
2. Manage ongoing company infrastructure activities
3. Update and management of our strategic databases
4. Provide logistic support for global events
5. Conduct personal and financial engagements with clientele

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an Administrative Manager
2. 3+ years of proven experience working with global companies
3. Excellent written and verbal skills- NATIVE English preferred
4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
6. Full proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
7. Affinity for sports- a plus
8. Team player- a MUST
