Description

Responsible for administrative assignments within a fast-growing business environment in cross-functional cooperation with HR, Finance, Purchasing, IT and others to support Engineers and Researchers.

• Performs various administrative duties as one in a team of six plus one supervisor.
• Full responsibility over reception including but not limited to guests, mail distribution, etc.
• Catering and Event Management
• May prepare and maintain expense reports, petty cash, corporate credit card reconciliation.
• May coordinate travel arrangements.
• Orders and maintains various supplies.
• Creates and maintains reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• May prepare and translate documents and formal letters.

Requirements

• Self-driven and motivated to manage administrative tasks on behalf of the entire local organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently, pro-active and open-minded to identify gaps and shape a better organization
