Responsibilities:

- Work days Monday-Friday
- Manage and coach a team of account managers to successfully retain and grow their book of business
- Responsibility for hiring and onboarding new Account Managers on their team
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure positive growth and skill development
- Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Data, Customer support, Billing, Product & Legal teams to ensure customer success
- Conduct regular analysis to understand the root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth

Requirements

- 2-3 years in account management positions, at least 4-5 years of experience with Account Management
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field
- Change Management skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Customer success
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing commercial activities (contracts, quotes, negotiations, proposals, payments and so forth)
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
