Description

Riskified’s Account Management Team plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of our existing clients. Our team works with various departments within Riskified, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality, top-notch service and the most effective solutions for their needs.

We are looking for an experienced, highly intelligent Account Manager to lead our Account Management Team and help drive Riskified's business success forward.

As an Account Manager Team Leader, you will take an active part in managing a team of account managers by providing expert level knowledge, coaching, training and process improvement. You will both manage our top enterprise accounts and assist your team in enhancing their upselling and cross selling performances, striving to improve overall performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver on your team’s goals by helping your AMs deliver value to enterprise clients.
- Enhance the team’s sales knowledge and improve each AM’s skills through personalized 1:1 coaching and training.
- Be the primary point of contact for our most-important merchants. Build, monitor and communicate our KPIs to our clients
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the most productive ways our customers can utilize Riskified’s solution, including identifying upsell opportunities
- Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion
- Work with all other teams within the company to optimize customer experience across our portfolio

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a role that requires consistently reclosing/upselling /cross-selling opportunities - MUST
- Minimum 2 years experience managing an enterprise CS/AM team - MUST
- Experience working with enterprise level EU/US customers - MUST
- Native English speaker with superb writing and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with exceptionally strong analytical and technical skills
- eCommerce/Fintech background – a plus
- Experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting – a plus
