Time To Know, software company in advanced cloud-based Corporate Training solutions with global activity is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will join our sales team focused on inbound /outbound as well as looking for channels and partners in the US market. You must be comfortable with actively mapping and developing new accounts, reach out and qualify prospects, set events and establish strategic partnerships. You must also have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales process and be an excellent closer.

What you will do?
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory and key accounts
- Sell the value of Time To Know solutions to potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations to prospects via web-based conferencing tools
- Independent and technically- capable to perform product demonstrations and manage customer meetings with or without Pre-Sales Engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Actively pursuing customers and conducting calls, presentations, meetings, negotiations, as needed, to bring opportunities to a positive closure.
- Proactively identify, quantify, manage and secure end user opportunities and relationships for TIME TO KNOW within the assigned territory.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Enhance C-level relationships with current and future clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI in a compelling and articulate manner
- Focus on market data, understanding key accounts, developing relationships in advance of opportunities, and pursuing the opportunities best suited to win.


- At least 3 years of previous working experience as a Sales Manager / Account Executive to the US market – must
- 3+ years of proven experience in Direct Sales / Channels/Partners - A MUST
- Past experience in selling SW B2B Technology based products in the territory - A MUST
- Hands on experience with CRM software (Preferably Salesforce)
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven, highly creative
- Self-motivation personality and genuine commitment to excellence in sales
- A business-driven mindset with strong sales abilities and can-do attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Technical understanding of SaaS solutions
- Native English - A MUST
