Description

WalkMe is looking for an all-star, tech-savvy individual to join our Sales Solutions Team.
The PS will scope, design, implement, and maintain WalkMe solutions and demos for our Sales Department.
If you are a problem solver, highly technical, and also a great communicator, we’d love to chat. This role is a great opportunity to get to work closely with enterprise customers, learn about their challenges and business objectives, and create solutions that address them.

What will you actually be doing?
- Establish a deep understanding of the customers' goals and business objectives
- Manage multiple tight-deadline projects simultaneously
- Work closely with the Sales Solutions Director and WalkMe Sales to implement WalkMe solutions that address real business needs in an efficient manner
- Master all WalkMe features and services
- Apply best practices in defining custom solutions using WalkMe tools
- Assist our Sales team to nurture customer relationships
- Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution
- Work with multiple internal organizations; from QA to support and development

Requirements

- Background as a PS/system integrator / implementer / webmaster – huge advantage
- Tech Savvy
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS and jQuery an advantage
- Mother-tongue level English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Past experience in dealing with customers remotely an advantage
- Proven project and time management skills, highly analytical and a problem solver
- Highly independent and resourceful
- Ability to collaborate across teams effectively
