Syte is looking for an experienced outbound Business Development Representative. If you are energetic, driven professional who wants to join our fast growing, award winning startup in the hot field of Retail Visual AI.

The ideal candidate will be focused on outbound channels, handling Mid-sized - Enterprise businesses worldwide (mostly North America and EMEA). Syte’s BDRs are effective confident communicators, that are hunters for potential business opportunities in their sleep. Syte’s BDRs reach out to decision makers at companies that may never have heard of Syte, run large-scale tailored email campaigns and grow our pipeline with the world's most interesting and famous retailers.

What Will You Do?
· Become an expert in engaging and converting prospects to sales qualified leads.
· Expand Syte's client base through outbound prospecting.
· Profile potential prospects, research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage.
· Run personalized email sequences in order to spread the word of Syte and generate partnership discussions.
· Run short qualification and introductory calls to interest potential customers and find whether there’s a good fit before moving to a demo stage.
· Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Mid-size and Enterprise pipelines by scheduling demos with qualified prospects.
· Work closely with Account Executives to move prospects through pipeline and closing.
· Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Syte's product, the Visual AI, and Retail industry trends.
· Achieve or exceed quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities generated

· Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling, emailing, social selling), at a SaaS company.
· Clear and polished written communication skills
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and independent
· A team player
· Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone
· Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality– willing to take intelligent risks
· Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
· Methodological and organized
· Technically adept and able to use a variety of online and sales automation tools
· Native or Fluent English
· Additional languages are a plus
· Prior experience with a Salesforce and other sales automation tools is a plus
· Working Days – Mon – Fri
