One of our essential strategic products is the payments. It provides multiple offerings where property managers can collect payments from their guests and pay out the funds to their homeowners and vendors.
We’re looking for an excellent and experienced Head of payments risk to join the payments team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the risk KPI metrics within the payments department.
- Define procedures based on the different policies.
- Be responsible for risk mitigation planning and execution throughout the payments life cycle.
- Implement operational risk procedures aligned with the organization's risk strategy and market changes to prevent, eliminate, and mitigate payment risk.
- Managing a risk team and underwriting team.
- Design of risk products.
- Hands-on position, including close work with the end users and payment providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must- Previous experience in managerial positions.
- Must- Previous experience in analytical roles with a Payments background.
- Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems and good coordination and communication.
- Good understanding of data analytics/visualization tools.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and a team player.
- Decisive, yet open to learning.
- Good presentation skills.
