Description

Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market.

As a key leader you will be responsible for formulating the overall sales & marketing strategy and ensuring the success of our innovative solution in the market over the world.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the sales process with the company’s strategic customers, from the “lead” stage to actual project.

· Close and sign long term contracts and projects.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to R&D project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Enlarge and manage the Pipeline and secure sustainable income for the long-term.

· Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations.

· Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

· Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven B2B sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

· BA/BS degree or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of relevant background within an international high-tech company in a similar role - experience in selling Hardware and Software products \ solutions to large scale organizations abroad.

· Excellent English reading, writing, and oral communication skills.

· Strong verbal, representative personality with presentation and rhetorical abilities.

· Proven experience working with customer’s C-level decision makers.

· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

· Deep business understanding in a project Life cycle and technology discipline.

· Ability to build price profitable proposals.

· Deep understanding in long sales process including within the technological arena.

· Experience in complex multidisciplinary systems.

· Ability to learn and sell new and innovate technologies.

· Client management and communications experience.

· Experience with project management methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple customers.

· Background from the automotive or railway industries - advantage

· Team Player, with a high level of transparency and integrity.

· Focused on getting things done, finding a way when others only see the challenges.

· Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
