Description

monday.com is a Work OS that lets organizations manage all their work in one place. And like our platform, we are committed to building an organization with one shared mission.

We believe that the most effective teams are built on skills and passion, which is why in our recruitment process, in addition to learning about your background and experience, we really want to understand who you are and what empowers you.

monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team in Tel Aviv, Israel.

This is a unique opportunity for those who love building outstanding user experience, but at the same time are deeply interested in the technological aspects of making it happen. Far from being purely technical, we are looking for someone who will lead with user empathy, understand our users' needs and what a great user experience means for them, and then be able to connect the dots on the technology side.

You will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company and see how your ideas and work change the lives of millions of users (and counting). The Foundations work is often the talk of the day at earning calls, investor days, and customer summits (just google mDB if you’re not convinced).

The Foundations group is building monday for scale. Some of the challenges the group faces next year -

- Horizontal scale - going up to 10x on the size of our building blocks such as boards, dashboards, workspaces, and more.
- Vertical scale - the number of boards, users, accounts, dashboards, forms and more, across all of monday, and within a single account.
- Providing an excellent user experience at scale, and that means performance too.

About The Role:

- Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while defining what a great user experience means at scale. You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.
- Help us shape the way forward in how we handle performance, platform limits supporting our customers from SBs managing all their company and work on top of Monday and all the way to many of the world's largest enterprises.
- Some of the things we're already working on - Monday DB - replacing all the backend of our boards, the heart, and core of Monday enabling end users to easily build any workflow or project in a schemaless like a database. Help us prioritize the right tasks and ensure we deliver amazing execution in a super fast-paced environment where every iteration counts. This is taking us 10x on board scale.
- Understand the market, and competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long-term success
- Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.

Our Team:

The Product Team is a group of innovative individuals who are passionate about building impactful, state-of-the art products and thrive in a hyper-growth and problem-solving environment. Our work not only shapes our entire platform, it also influences the day-to-day of more than 100,00 businesses (and counting) which rely on monday.com.
