Description
Lead the technical aspects, from early engagement with customer teams, while working with company internal teams to build an end-to-end solution that best fits customers’ needs.
- Determine technical requirements from customers' needs and professionally provide tailored technical solutions.
The technical authority in the pre-sale efforts:
- Preparing the techno-operational part of the customer proposal/tenders (RFP/I/Q)
- Lead and perform demos for customers to demonstrate, DRS RADA’s product capabilities and advantages.
- Assists and advises the Business Development Group.
- Understanding the technical aspects of any given project or request for the Account managers.
Responsible for the delivery process of the system in the operational techno aspects
- Led the integration processes and ensured that all technical specifications were provided.
- Deployment – lead the User acceptance tests, Installation, and evaluation process.
Review the life cycle of the products from the customer’s perspective.
- Work side by side with DRS RADA’s internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)
- Solid technical background
- RF /Radar knowledge (advantage)
- Technical operational experience
- Strong customer orientation
- Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while working with various internal functions.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
